I have worked with Paul through two purchases and one sale. He is hardworking, knowledgeable, diligent and trustworthy. He literally works night and day to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible for his clients. I was even able to move out of state and sign over my power of attorney to him, something I wouldn't dare do unless I trusted him implicitly. He is a no-nonsense businessman and will fight to get you exactly what you need. Julie has a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding the property itself and also the legal process that comes along with buying a home. At times, home buying can be intimidating because you don’t know what you don’t know but having Julie represent my interests gave me tremendous reassurance that I was making the right decision. You pay the same commission percentage for a crap realtor or for a great one hire Julie and she’ll save you big money in the long haul.

Can't say enough great things about Shad and his team! He handled every "nook and cranny" to the process and ensured that the process would go smooth. There were moments of "going over and beyond" service as well, such as assessing the property after horrendous weather to ensure there was no damage to the interior and exterior. Any question I had was answered, every concern was addressed quickly and thoroughly. So thankful to have been referred to Shad!

We just closed on a home over in Dilworth and had a great time getting everything finalized with the help of Charlotte Living Realty.
